Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our affiliate programme. By joining the programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Affiliate Programme Overview 

1.1. Our affiliate programme allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by promoting our products or services and driving sales through their unique referral links.

 

Code Usage and Leakage 

2.1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using or leaking referral codes on coupon sites or any other platforms. 
2.2. If a referral code is found to be used or leaked on a coupon site, the affiliate programme will be immediately voided for the respective affiliate. 
2.3. In such cases, the affiliate's profile will be banned from further participation and selling within the programme.

2.4. We have the right to void any outstanding comission, should we believe that sales have been generated through practices that do not align with "organic referrals"
2.5. Organic referrals typically include word-of-mouth promotion to family, freinds or work peers

2.6. Comission is applied 30 days after the referred order has been placed. This is to ensure that orders have not been purchased and refunded, in which case, the comission will be void.

 

Advertising 

1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from advertising as a representative of Conzuri, unless given prior permission

 

Promotion Guidelines 

3.1. Promotion of our products or services is limited to organic methods only, including but not limited to social media sharing, personal blog posts, and word-of-mouth referrals. 

3.2. The use of any automated or growth-hacking techniques to drive traffic or sales is strictly prohibited. 

3.3. We expect our affiliates to maintain the integrity of our programme by promoting our brand in an ethical and responsible manner that aligns with our current image. 

3.4. Paid advertising promotion, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, or sponsored posts, is not allowed.

 

Payouts 

4.1. The minimum payout threshold is set at $25. 

4.2. Payouts will be scheduled on select payout dates, subject to verification and approval of referred sales. Please reach out to see if you are elegible for early payout

4.3. In the event that an affiliate's payout has not been received within a reasonable timeframe, the affiliate should contact support@conzuri.com for assistance.

 

Partnership Cancellation 

5.1. We reserve the right to cancel partnerships with affiliates at any time and for any reason. 

5.2. The primary basis for partnership cancellation is non-compliance with our programme policies and guidelines. 

5.3. Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms and conditions may have their profiles terminated and be ineligible for future participation.

 

Modifications to the Programme 

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate programme or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. 

6.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the programme via the email address provided during registration.

 

Governing Law 

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions 

8.1. By enrolling in our affiliate programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

8.2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the programme.
